Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you other than business contact information. Canada West Foundation collects, holds, uses and communicates certain personal information pertaining to you for the following purposes:
- Managing your subscriptions to email newsletters and Canada West Foundation publications, registering on our website, event planning and registration, potential research avenues, fund development opportunities, and responding to requests for information;
- Managing invoicing and accounting services relating to your transactions with us;
- Managing and coordinating any comments you may have submitted to us and our responses to your comments; and
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
The personal information we collect can include your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, fax number, and credit card information, as applicable. Canada West Foundation also may ask for demographic information.

We will require acceptable proof of your identification before providing you with a response.
If you feel the personal information in our records is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please advise our Privacy Officer and the necessary corrections will be made.
